We are delighted to launch the ALLIANCE Annual Report 2025, showcasing a year defined by growth, collaboration and meaningful impact.
We have published our annual report for 2025 and are delighted to report against the progress and impact we have had in the last year as we look towards the future.
In 2025, our membership grew to over 3,700 organisations and individuals, with 99% of surveyed members reporting satisfaction with their membership . This reflects the strength of our collective voice and the value of the spaces we create for sharing views, shaping policy and building skills.
Throughout the year, we continued to champion lived experience, strengthen partnerships, and support national reform. Highlights include:
- 25 new Humans of Scotland stories amplifying lived experience and launching the fourth volume of the series
- 66,336 referrals through the Community Links Worker Programme, supporting people facing isolation, poverty and debt
- Expansion of digital inclusion work, including ALISS reaching 128,000+ website views and launching a new configurable map tool
- Strengthened integration work through HSCP Connect and Integration in Action events
- Major contributions to national policy, including shaping the Care Reform Act and influencing human rights and social security policy
- A vibrant Annual Conference bringing together 253 delegates, 16 workshops and creative spaces for reflection and collaboration
Across all programmes, we continued to uphold human rights, promote co‑production, and ensure that people with lived experience remain at the heart of decision‑making.
The report reflects a year of purpose, partnership and progress, and the collective effort of our members, partners and communities. As we enter our 20th anniversary year in 2026, we remain committed to strengthening our shared voice and driving meaningful change.
