The Green practice, Govan Health Centre, raises funds for the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice

The Green practice, Govan Health Centre took part in the above event on Sunday and so far have raised a staggering £1700 for the Hospice funds.

The GP Partners very kindly agreed to pay the entry fees for the 9 adults and 6 children taking park from the LINKS Fund to encourage team wellbeing and team bonding and to do something very worthwhile for a great cause.  The Bubble Rush is a 5k course that starts in a sea of bubbles and features four bubble stations along the route where cannons pump out coloured bubbles.

The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice have started to build a new facility in Bellahouston Park and it was therefore appropriate to hold this fundraising event in the same park and being able to view the progress in the building site as we went along made it more special.

A great day out for us all and a great amount of money raised.  Thank you to all who took part and all who have donated.
