Stress is something we all struggle with, so let’s tackle it together!

As part of Stress Awareness Week, the Discover Digital project is hosting a free, online workshop. Come along and learn about free and trusted apps and programmes that can help you to manage your stress and improve your health and wellbeing.

This event will take place on Monday 3 November, 10am-11am.
