The Visual Impairment Network for Children and Young People (VINCYP) are holding a one-day, in-person course on Friday 21 November 2025
This course offers an introduction and overview of childhood Visual Impairment.
The course is aimed at:
- Healthcare professionals involved in paediatric care
- Education and third sector employees new to the field of childhood Visual Impairment.
Topics include:
- The function of the eye
- The role of vision in development
- Common developmental conditions
- Causes of childhood Visual Impairment
- The diagnostic process.
Fee: £60 – lunch will be provided.
