This in-person DigiFest event is being delivered by the Digital Health and Social Care Team at the ALLIANCE, in collaboration with the Digital Citizen Panel. This event will look at how collectively we can: produce accessible digital services, tackle the barriers to digital inclusion and support the workforce to become digitally enabled.
We welcome attendees to arrive from 9am, at the Radisson Blu , Glasgow on Tuesday 29 October for networking opportunities and refreshments. Pennie Taylor (the Chair) will be kicking the event off at 10am. Talks and presentations will end at 3pm, following this we welcome attendees to stay for “Networking and Nibbles” with the Digital Citizen Panel. Entertainment and networking will conclude for 5pm.
We have speakers from across private, public and the third sector, including Scottish Government, TL Tech, Mhor Collective and citizens with lived experience with the aim of sharing learning, showcasing the successes and highlighting opportunities for citizen participation and coproduction.
Other key themes of the day include digital tools to support participation, and digital inclusion.
