Meet a panellist: Good Practice in AI in Healthcare hybrid panel session #DigiFest2024

Join us for a lunchtime hybrid panel session in partnership with the Scottish AI Alliance on Tuesday 29 October 12pm-1:30pm.
Peter McDade, Chair, East Dunbartonshire Access Panel and Digital Citizen Panel member
Peter from the Civil Service in Construction Management, due to ill health. He then underwent training at the local College in ECDL, ECDL Advanced and then, computer studies leading to a BSc in Computer Networking and Multi Media.
Peter is also the Chair of the East Dunbartonshire Access Panel, which tries to break down the barriers to daily living for disabled and disadvantaged people and promotes access to the built environment, health, transport housing and education.
As a member of the Health and Social Care Alliance, Peter joined the Digital Citizen Panel and has been an active member for a number of years. Peter firmly believes that the way forward for Health and Social Care is through increased use of technology and participation by everyone, but also taking into consideration that for various reasons not everyone can participate in digital communication.
