This programme is designed to support leaders across social work, social care and health.
Applications for Leading to Change’s Peer Thinking set are now open.
Leading to Change complements leadership development and support at local levels for the health, social work and social care workforces in the public, independent and third sectors.
This programme is designed to give new and emerging leaders across social work, social care and health the space to reflect, share learning and develop their leadership capability.
Peer Thinking Sets provide a space to explore opportunities, challenges and decisions, while drawing on the experiences of others in similar roles. The approach encourages reflection, peer support and fresh perspectives.
The programme is open to leaders and managers at early stages of their leadership journey.
