The ALLIANCE have published an event summary report on the potential inclusion of children's services within the National Care Service.

One of the elements under consideration within the implementation of the National Care Service is the potential inclusion of children and young adults’ services. The Bill leaves the option to include children and young people’s services within the NCS, following a period of consultation and further research, but the decision as whether to include children’s services within the NCS has not yet been reached.

Panellists Paul Beaton, Anna Kynaston, Professor Brigid Daniel, Dr Heather Ottaway, and Dr Alex McTier shared their insights and expertise on the possible implementation of children’s services within the National Care Service. The report is a summary of the discussions held at that event and the insights given by panellists and attendees.
