Read the ALLIANCE's feedback summary report on the NHS Education for Scotland's draft strategic plan.
On April 26 2023, the ALLIANCE hosted an information and feedback event with NHS Education for Scotland (NES) on their draft strategic plan for 2023- 2026: People, Partnership, Performance: A draft version for public review. ALLIANCE members were invited to join the session for a question and answer session, and discussion on the draft strategic plan.
The discussion from the event has been collated into a short summary report which highlights the response from our members.
ALLIANCE member priorities to be considered in the NES strategic plan are:
- further inclusion of volunteers and unpaid carers, and awareness of the importance of their roles in health and social care.
- Further collaboration with the third sector to share good practice and learning.
