Listen to informative and supportive podcast episodes for carers in Scotland
Carers Link East Dunbartonshire are producing a running podcast series to share information, chat and news to carers.
The podcast episodes cover a variety of topics ranging from fun “office banter“ through to information specific to carers, such as looking after your own mental health or caring for someone with dementia.
They include information about local services and support where possible.
The advantage of a podcast is that carers can listen when suits them, they can listen while caring, while cleaning, while gardening or even during a break from caring.
You can listen to all podcasts here (this link will take you away from our website), or wherever you get your podcasts – just search Carers Link.
