Online coaching available now for health and social care staff

A new phase of Coaching for Wellbeing will support health and social care colleagues during the pandemic.
NHS Education for Scotland have launched a new phase of the Coaching for Wellbeing service, with an aim to have the service in place until March 2022.
They now offer one option of two hours for online coaching, designed to support staff with issues they may be facing during these challenging times. Experienced coaches will provide support in building resilience and improving well-being and where relevant, provide a space to explore how to lead and support others.
The coaching is delivered by qualified and experienced coaches all of whom have experience of working with and coaching those who work in health and social care services.
The coaching service is managed by NHS Education for Scotland in partnership with Know You More, a digital coaching organisation. Anyone interested in signing up for this coaching support can do so here (this link will take you away from our website).
