Optimising future health – Resource Pack

The ALLIANCE and Scottish Government have produced several resources on heathy aging, in support of the Women's Health Plan.
We know that aging can bring with it more complex health needs for women. However there are many things we can all do to support our long-term health at any age which will help prevent some health concerns in later life, and help us to live healthy, happy lives for longer.
To raise awareness of the health of women in later life, and how we can all prioritise healthy aging no matter what stage of life we are at, the ALLIANCE and the Scottish Government have produced a number of resources.
Please feel free to use and share these resources widely. We’d love to hear your feedback if they have supported better awareness raising, how you’ve used them and with whom. Email us at whp@alliance-scotland.org.uk
