Self Care Innovation Awards now open
Calling All Self Care Innovators – Awards Now Open
The Self Care Forum is inviting entries of good practice and innovation in self care, personalised care, or social prescribing, who have made a difference to individuals, groups, or organisations to consider applying for 2023’s Self Care Innovation Awards.
Last year’s worthy winner was a cross-disciplinary team in primary care and social care from 9 GP practices who delivered structured healthy group clinics for patients with complex long term conditions.
The Self Care Innovation Awards are held each year to recognise and celebrate the exemplary self care interventions taking place in communities every day. Many individuals and organisations go above and beyond to support people, making a huge impact on their health and making a real difference to their lives.
If that is you, apply for the chance to win a £500 bursary as well as the coveted title of Self Care Innovator. See the website for more information, including the application form.
Past winners and highly commended entries are showcased on the Self Care Forum website and have been made into case studies to inform and inspire others to use this best practice to improve people’s health and wellbeing more widely.
