Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership are doing a review of current contracts that support Self Directed Support Options.
Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership are conducting a review of current contracts that support self-directed support Options, specifically Option 1 Direct Payments, and are keen to receive as much feedback as possible to understand how useful the services are in enabling people to have choice and control on the lifestyle they want. It will help identify areas of good practice and areas for improvement.
They are gathering views of practitioners who support direct payment recipients to access and manage their direct payment accounts. A ‘Survey for Practitioners feedback’ is available and colleagues working in this area are encouraged to complete and return them as soon as possible. You can complete the survey questionnaire online by going to: https://edinburgh.gov.uk/SDS
Focus group sessions will also be running in Edinburgh throughout June in a variety of locations. See here for more information: https://edinburgh.gov.uk/SDS
