Self Management Week 2020 will take place 28 September – 2 October and a new toolkit has launched to support you to get involved.
Everyone has a self management story is the message that Self Management Wek 2020 aims to share. This year, Self Management Week will run from the 28 September – 2 October and is themed ‘My Wellbeing, My Life’.
A toolkit of assets including graphics, tweets, Zoom backgrounds and more have been developed to support you to take part in the digital activity happening across the week.
The week’s main focus is to highlight support, innovation and awareness for Self Management across voluntary, health and social care sectors throughout Scotland and engage people to think about how self management can support their health and wellbeing. Self Management Week was first launched in 2010 building upon “Gaun Yersel” – the first Self Management Strategy for Scotland.
Further information on the week including digital events can be found on the Self Management Week page.
