The Cross-party group (CPG) on Stroke is gathering views of those who have had a stroke/TIA.

The Cross-party group (CPG) on Stroke, of which the Stroke Association is secretariat, is looking into psychological and emotional support available to stroke survivors.

As part of their insight gathering for this they are running a short online survey to gather views and opinions of people who have had a stroke/TIA.

Complete the short survey to take part (this link will take you away from our website).

All of the information will be anonymised, collected and stored in line with data protection and GDPR policies.

Some information that is being collected may be considered sensitive. Providing this information is optional. If you do not wish to provide an answer to a question, you can select ‘prefer not to say’.
