The MyCare app is available in the App Store and Play Store.

MyCare.scot became available to everyone in Scotland in April 2026, beginning the transformation of how people can access and interact with health and social care services.
On Tuesday 17 June 2026, the MyCare app went live in the App Store and Play Store, with the aspiration that this will be the most wide ranging app offered to patients anywhere in the UK when roll out is eventually complete.
Scottish Government, in partnership with Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) affirm
‘MyCare.scot is the single biggest digital innovation in Scotland’s health and social care system and will revolutionise how people manage and receive their healthcare. The introduction of this app will be a landmark moment for Scotland and aligns with the commitments this Government has made to bringing down waiting lists, and making care more personal and closer to home.’
For those that need support accessing this digital service, there is a National Contact Centre to assist on 0800 030 8014.
The Digital Citizen Panel’s MyCare.scot Working Group is assisting PSD Scotland in shaping this digital service at this exciting time, and as it progresses in its development. If you would like to know more about this work please email dhcscot@alliance-scotland.org.uk
