See Me Scotland has produced resources to help you plan activities and get involved in Time to Talk day.
Time to Talk day 2021 will take place on Thursday 4 February and once again See Me will be working with their anti stigma partners from across the UK and Ireland, to get everyone talking about mental health. This is the fourth Time to Talk day in Scotland.
A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference and it’s something we can all do. So this year the theme is The Power Of Small.
It has never been more important for us all to talk about mental health and challenge stigma. Although Time to Talk day 2021 will be a little different from previous years, See Me has developed numerous materials and resources you can use to start talking, whether you’re together in person or having conversations digitally.
See Me is encouraging everyone to have more conversations, to help break down barriers surrounding myths, and to help end the isolation, shame, and worthlessness that too many of us with mental health problems are made to feel.
