This year’s campaign is ‘get comfortable and start talking about mental health’.

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. This year it will take place on Thursday 6 February.

It’s a day where friends, families, communities, and workplaces can come together to talk, listen and change lives.

This year’s campaign is ‘get comfortable and start talking about mental health’.

Due to the stigma that still exists, mental health can be an uncomfortable topic for some people, putting them off opening up and getting help when they need it most.

Talking openly and honestly can be the first step towards better mental health for everyone. It can reduce stigma and help people feel comfortable enough to seek help when we need it.

So, today we want you to take some time out and check in on a colleague, text a friend, make some noise in your community or share something on social media using #TimeToTalk.
