Trustees Wanted: Help Shape Home Care Social Enterprise in Rural Perthshire

A new home care and community services social enterprise in North Perthshire is seeking six trustees.
A new charitable organisation is launching to provide much-needed home care and community services in North Perthshire. This community-led social enterprise will focus on supporting rural and remote communities, ensuring people can access high-quality care where they live.
We are seeking up to six trustees to guide this exciting initiative. As a trustee, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategy, overseeing governance, and supporting the CEO in developing a sustainable, community-driven care service.
We welcome applications from both local residents and those further afield who understand the unique challenges rural communities face in accessing care. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in:
- Business development, finance, procurement
- Health & social care policy or sector experience
- Local authority or commissioning knowledge
- HR and quality assurance
This is a voluntary role, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and impactful organisation that aims to transform rural care services. If you are passionate about making a difference and have skills to contribute, we would love to hear from you.
