Every Tuesday the Discover Digital team at the ALLIANCE shares a free and trusted digital tool that supports health and wellbeing.

The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing. It has been launched across ALLIANCE X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.

This April we shared five different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?

· ALISS (A Local Information System for Scotland): a platform that connects you to services, groups and activities in your area related to health and wellbeing. Access ALISS here.

· The Holly Health app: the digital health coach app that turns your health intentions into achievable daily actions. Access Holly Health here.

· ADAM (About Digital and Me: an online platform you can use to find the right technology at the right time, as recommended by families and carers. Access ADAM here.

· Community Connections Moray Health Apps Library: a health apps library where you can find reviewed apps to support you with a variety of conditions and healthy lifestyle goals. Access the library here.

· Sleepio: a clinically proven and structured programme to help with Insomnia. Access Sleepio here.

Tried one of these tools? Give us a shout on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn or email at dhcscot@alliance-scotland.co.uk with your thoughts. We’d love to hear from you.
