Every Tuesday the Discover Digital team at the ALLIANCE shares a free and trusted digital tool that supports health and wellbeing.
The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing.
It has been launched across ALLIANCE X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.
This April we shared five different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?
- Purple Alert app– A community minded app for people with dementia if they are missing. www.alzscot.org/purplealert
- Daylight– A clinically proven and structured programme to help manage stress and anxiety.www.trydaylight.com/nhs
- NHS Waiting Well Hub– Supports people who may be waiting to see a healthcare specialist or to get health and social care services. https://www.nhsinform.scot/waiting-well/
- About Digital and Me (ADAM)– Helps people living with long term conditions find the right technology at the right time. https://www.meetadam.co.uk/
- Aye Mind – Website on using digital technologies to support children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing https://ayemind.com/
