Every Tuesday the Discover Digital team at the ALLIANCE shares a free and trusted digital tool that supports health and wellbeing.

The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing.

It has been launched across ALLIANCE X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.

This August we shared 4 different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?

Human Rights Town – Designed to empower people with learning disabilities to recognise and realise their human rights. More info here.

Jointly – An app designed by carers for carers. With group messaging and to-do lists, medication lists, calendar and more.  More info here.

My Sugr – The mySugr app is a digital logbook that can help make living with diabetes a little easier. More info here.

SAMH Digital Self-Care Plan – Designed by young people, for young people, the plan includes tools to help you better understand self-care, and create your self-care plan. More info here.

Tried one of these tools? Give us a shout on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn or email at dhcscot@alliance-scotland.co.uk with your thoughts. We’d love to hear from you.
