We spoke to Bryan Deane, Director of New Medicines and Data Policy at ABPI about their campaign around vaccine safety.
Valuing Vaccines is a British pharmaceutical industry campaign on social media aimed at giving people facts and information on vaccines. With all media today full of information and misinformation about Covid-19, the campaign looks to ensure questions that people want to ask about Covid vaccines can be addressed factually.
ALLIANCE Director, Irene Oldfather speaks to Bryan Deane, Director of New Medicines and Data policy at the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) about the campaign. Other topics discussed include concerns that have been expressed in some communities towards the vaccine, efforts to encourage younger people to get vaccinated and historic information around the safety of vaccines.
