Allan works within the Policy team, with a focus on social security, finance and parliamentary monitoring.
Allan supports the work of the team to inform and influence health and social care policymaking, particularly under the Fair Finance workstream. Allan’s responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the work of the Scottish and UK Parliaments and Governments
- Policy research, development and analysis, particularly relating to social security, third sector funding and wider public finances
- Engaging with Ministers, parliamentarians, members, and other third sector organisations
