Join the Scottish Sensory Centre and Sight and Sound Technology to learn about the new screen reader features.
The Scottish Sensory Centre are hosting a webinar on software updates to JAWS screen reader.
Join Stuart Lawler, head of Digital Content at Sight and Sound Technology, as he unveils some of the new features in the latest release of the popular JAWS screen reader, and to remind us of a few firm favourites that have been around for a little longer.
Amongst the areas to be covered will be:
- Page Explorer
- Picture Smart
- Basic internet navigation
There will also be time for questions.
Target Audience
- Qualified Teachers of children and young people with Visual Impairment
- Support Staff working with learners who use JAWS
- AT/IT specialists with a remit for recommending and/or working with learners who need non-visual means of access
