An independent analysis of over 100 responses to the Scottish Government consultation has been published.

From October 2024 to February 2025, the Scottish Government ran a consultation on its proposed Equality and Human Rights Mainstreaming Strategy.

This Strategy will set out a framework to guide the work that the Scottish Government, wider public sector, and its partners will do to embed equality and human rights in all that they do. The Scottish Government will publish the Strategy, a toolkit and Action Plan in line with their Programme for Government (PfG) commitment.

Over 100 organisations and individuals responded to the consultation, including the ALLIANCE.
