Survey to understand how Leading to Change is shaping leadership.
Leading to Change is inviting people across Scotland’s health, social care and social work sectors to share their experiences of how its programmes, events and development opportunities have supported their leadership journeys.
The initiative aims to gather stories that show how leadership is evolving in practice and how development opportunities are helping to shape positive change across the workforce.
Participants are invited to complete a short form highlighting which Leading to Change offer they have engaged with and one key takeaway that has influenced their work.
