This report summarises the Integration in Action event on Measuring Outcomes.
The Integration and Academy Team has published an event report summarising the event on measuring outcomes. This was the sixth event in our series exploring the Academy’s Five Ambitions for the Future of Health and Social Care.
Four speakers delivered short presentations on their work to capture, measure and report on the impact of services and supports beyond performance targets and indicators. They provided insight and learning that demonstrate the importance of focusing on personal outcomes to building a sustainable, resilient health and social care system that can improve outcomes for people.
We heard from
- Caroline Brocklehurst, Peer Support Lead and Patient Representative
- Gill Main, Integration Manager, Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership
- Maja Mitchell-Grigorjeva, Impact and Development Manager, Bipolar Scotland
- Jillian Matthew, Senior Manager, Performance Audit and Best Value, Audit Scotland
