Share your experiences of dental services in Scotland over the last three years by completing the ALLIANCE’s new questionnaire.

The survey, seeking views on dental services in Scotland, is the second in a series as part of the ALLIANCE’s Primary Care Lived Experience programme which aims to ensure that the voice of lived experience actively informs service redesign, therefore contributing to primary care reform at local and national levels.

The survey includes questions focusing on both people’s views and understanding of the charges associated with dental services.

The survey is available to complete now on SmartSurvey (this link will take you away from our website).

We would like to hear what your experience has been, whether it has been positive or if you felt it could have been better. Positive experiences will allow us to share good practice and negative experiences will highlight areas of focus for improvement.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and does not ask for any personal or identifiable details. This survey is completely anonymous with no means of identifying who has taken part nor what Dental Practice is being referred to.

The information collated will be shared with the Scottish Government and other interested parties and will inform how services are delivered in the future.

The survey will close at 9 am on Monday 9 May 2022.
