This month we are excited to share four different apps, tools and resources:

  • MyCare.scot - is a new, secure platform where people in Scotland can access some health and social care services and information in one place. More info and sign up here.
  • NHS Food Scanner app – is an app where you can scan barcodes of products and find healthier swaps for your food shop. More info here.
  • PeerChat - is a service, for people aged 16-25, where you can have judgement free webchats with a trained young person. More info here.
  • By My Side – is an app and website that provides information and support to reduce drug related harm, managing sexual health and support for those experiencing domestic or sexual violence. More info here.
