In 2025, the Person Centred Voices programme engaged with 9.000 people at over 200 events, to embrace kindness in care.
The Person Centred Voices programme continued to grow in reach and impact throughout 2025, connecting with thousands of individuals across health and social care, education, and community settings. Through a dynamic mix of talks, workshops, films, and creative projects, we championed the values of kindness, compassion, and connection in care.
Our year-long partnership with Angus Health and Social Care Partnership concluded with 65 events, reaching 870+ people across 37 venues, and creating 72 “What Matters to You” Ambassadors. This work was celebrated through a powerful short film that captured the voices, stories, and spirit of the partnership.
As did our Partnership with Perth and Kinross HSCP , we delivered over 100 learning and development sessions from February 2023 to August 2025, engaging more than 1,800 people and inspiring the creation of 147 Ambassadors. These sessions embedded intelligent kindness, active listening, and person centred approaches into everyday practice.
Our outreach extended to universities, care homes, NHS boards, and international conferences. Highlights included contributions to the Copenhagen Pharmacy Conference, Sheffield Teaching Hospital Conference, and the Tayside Dental Conference, Global Forum in Glasgow alongside The CMO Sir Gregor Smith. The Art for Ayrshire project brought creativity and connection to 6 care homes across Ayrshire through bespoke installations by our Artist in Residence, Xuechang Leng. A film and flash report will showcase the year-long journey and its impact.
Every engagement, whether in a care home, university, or conference hall, was rooted in the belief that small conversations can lead to big change. The programme continues to inspire individuals to ask, “What matters to you?” and to listen with compassion and purpose.
