Nominations are now open for the awards celebrating the contribution of Social Prescribing Link Workers.
The National Association of Link Workers is delighted to present the #LinkWorkerDay23 Awards. The awards will be celebrating the impact of Social Prescribing Link Worker and recognising all those who have made outstanding contributions in Transforming Healthcare for All through social prescribing.
The categories for the awards will include:
- Social Prescribing Employer of the Year
- Social Prescribing Link Worker of the Year
- Social Prescribing Partnership of the Year
- And finally, the newly added – Social Prescribing Supplier of the Year
Nominations are now open. Download the nomination form.
Here are the key dates:
- Nominations close 16th January 2023.
- Shortlist announced 27th February 2023.
The winner will be announced at the #LinkWorkerDay23 awards ceremony, on 27th April, at the HealthCare Show ExCel London.
The judges will include the National Association of Link Workers senior management and selected industry stakeholders
