Oshay’s Brain Domains is dedicated to supporting individuals affected by neurodiverse conditions, including Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), ADHD, trauma and autism.
The founder of Oshay’s, Maryelen McPhail, has over 24 years of experience as a parent of six children, three of whom have Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Maryelen leads the organisation with a passion for educating and advocating for people with FASD.

Baby bank
Oshay’s offers bundles of baby items and clothes to those who need it. Their referral form can be found on their website: www.oshaysfasd.org
New Contact/Mediation Centre
Their Contact Mediation Centre acts as a dedicated, safe, and neutral space where families can engage in guided and facilitated interactions. These facilities are accessible, located on the ground floor with disabled access. The Centre is designed to offer a neutral setting where families can communicate freely, fostering an atmosphere of understanding, empathy, and cooperation.

Relationship Parenting Classes
These classes are designed to equip parents, caregivers, and professionals with effective strategies and tools to build nurturing relationships with children, particularly those with neurodiverse conditions or behavioural challenges.
These classes cover communication skills, positive discipline methods, understanding and managing challenging behaviours, fostering trust, and creating supportive environments within families. They are held online.
Mind Mapping Assessment Overview
The Mind Mapping Assessment aims to identify cognitive strengths, challenges, and learning preferences within individuals affected by neurodiverse conditions.
These are held either online or in house.
10 Brain Domains Course
This course offers an in-depth exploration of various brain domains affecting individuals with neurodivergences, such as FASD, ADHD, trauma, and autism.
This educational program delves into the nine key domains influencing brain development, behaviour, and cognitive functioning in individuals with neurodiverse conditions. It covers strategies, and practical tools for caregivers, educators, and professionals to effectively support individuals within these domains. These are online events.
Community Support Groups
Oshay’s also offers support groups in which families, caregivers, and professionals can access advice, guidance and support, whilst also finding a sense of belonging. Held both online and in house.
CPD Educational Workshops and Training
Tailored workshops and training sessions aimed at educating professionals, schools, parents, and individuals about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Neurobehavioral Education, and trauma-related impacts on brain function and behaviours. These are all held on Zoom.
Collaborative Partnerships
Oshay’s also collaborate with schools, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to enhance support networks and expand access to information and resources for people with FASD and other neurodivergences.
Foster Awareness
Oshay’s raise awareness about FASD and its impacts on brain function, behaviours, and social interactions.
