The ALLIANCE publishes paper on supporting digital inclusion in primary care
The paper, ‘Discover Digital: Supporting Digital Inclusion in Primary Care’ shares learning from our Digital Links project which supported people to overcome barriers to digital inclusion, building their digital skills and confidence to access digital health and social care services. The paper also offers a future vision and actionable solutions, both at national and local levels to support GP practices in delivering digital services while ensuring that none of their patients are left behind.
This is our second paper in our ‘digital learning series’ (following our paper on the Benefits and Outcomes of Digital in the Context of Health and Social Care)sharing learning which we have gathered across the Digital Health and Social Care Team. The Digital Links project provided insight for this paper, but Discover Digital played a vital role in supporting and complementing its aims. Discover Digital continues to support digital inclusion work, and continues to be a valuable resource in creating partnerships that can provide support and/or signposting as well as delivering training, workshops and roadshows to help people understand and navigate digital health, care and wellbeing tools and services.
