Breaking the Silence – Menopause Warriors Scotland and Black Women in Menopause
- Type: Event
- Date: 13/09/2025 at 1:00pm - 2:30pm
- Location: Govan & Linthouse Parish Church

Join this in-person session in Glasgow to explore menopause and inequalities.
Menopause is a significant life transition, but the way it intersects with race, culture, and systemic healthcare disparities is often overlooked.
Menopause Warriors Scotland is hosting Nina Kuyper from Black Women in Menopause UK to bring these conversations to the forefront and ensure that experiences are acknowledged and validated.
Addressing these gaps in access and underlining the intersections of health inequalities is crucial to ensuring that everyone, especially those who have been historically marginalised, receive the support and resources they deserve.
