Dementia Carers Count want to hear from you - if you provide, or previously provided, care to someone with dementia, fill in this survey.

We are supporting Dementia Carers Count to share an important opportunity for family carers to share their experiences of caring for someone with dementia.

If you currently provide, or have previously provided, care to a family member or friend with dementia, your voice can make a difference.

Why your experience matters:
Every caring role is unique. By participating in the survey, you help Dementia Carers Count:

  • Understand the pressures on family carers
  • Develop and improve services
  • Advocate for change with policymakers and government

Last year, over 1,200 carers shared their stories, revealing that more than three-quarters had no plans in place if they were unable to care. These insights were shared with decision-makers at Downing Street, the Scottish Parliament, and the Senedd in Wales to help drive change.

Take part in the 2025 Carers’ Survey here.

Thank you for helping to amplify carers’ voices and create real impact. Every response counts!
