The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing.

It has been launched across ALLIANCE X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.

This October we shared four different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?

  • Silvercloud – a structured programme based on CBT that focuses on supporting your wellbeing, including managing low mood, resilience, stress and sleep. Access Silvercloud here.
  • Aye Mind Digital Wellbeing Conversations Toolkit – This toolkit helps you have the conversations that are a key part of keeping children safe online and ensuring they have positive mental health and wellbeing. Access the toolkit here
  • Welcome to #TryAToolTuesday! Clear Fear is a free app to support young people with anxiety. Access Clear Fear here.
  • MyApp: My Mental Health – a collection of resources to support your mental health. Access here.

Tried one of these tools? Give us a shout on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn or email at dhcscot@alliance-scotland.co.uk with your thoughts. We’d love to hear from you.

If you would like to learn about more digital tools, search #TryAToolTuesday on X (formerly Twitter) for previous months!
