Call for Glasgow City participants for GCIL’s Voices at Work project
- Area of Work: Scottish Sensory Hub
- Type: News Item
- Published: 18th November 2025

Take part if you are Deaf, Deafblind, have a Visual Impairment, or are living with Multiple Sclerosis
Voices At Work is a project led by people with Long Term Conditions that aims to better understand what works – and what makes it harder – to stay in work. Together we will create new ideas and solutions that will aim to make work fairer, inclusive and more sustainable for everyone.
Through co-production, the project aims to develop a toolkit that offers workplace solutions to improve retention rates and opportunities.
This project is currently recruiting people who are Deaf, Deafblind, have a Visual Impairment, or have Multiple Sclerosis, to join either a steering group or the wider consultation group.
Participants must also live within the Glasgow City Council boundary and be in paid work, or have been working within the last five years but are not currently working.
For more information about the project, or to take part, please contact Stacey.Highfield@gcil.org.uk or phone 0141 550 4455.
