Ready to lead your charity’s AI journey? Join AI specialist Mal Minhas for a practical 75-minute briefing.
This session demystifies AI and focuses on concrete, charity-specific use cases across five sections. You will gain:
Practical Frameworks: Learn the RACE framework (Role, Action, Context, Expectation) for instant, improved prompting and the REACH framework (Recognition, Engagement, Acumen, Competency, and Habit) for guiding personal and organisational change.
Safety and Strategy: Discuss the positives and challenges using the Triple T framework (Trust, Training, and Tooling) and explore the AI Pyramid concept for safe starting points.
Real-World Application: Review specific charity use cases, including grant writing Data and Impact reporting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) challenges.
Governance: Understand the importance of AI policy and governance to underpin responsible AI use.
The training is followed by a dedicated Q&A session.
Mal Minhas is a digital technology leader with a commercial background, now focused on empowering charity leaders with AI adoption strategies. He helps third sector organisations navigate the organisational change required for AI adoption, emphasising people, process, technology, data, and governance. Mal’s expertise includes demystifying generative AI and introducing practical frameworks like RACE and REACH to guide personal and organisational AI journeys.
Mal also offers fractional consultancy and advisory services to the sector.
