Full day event for families to feel informed, supported and inspired
Join Cyrenians Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution for The BIG Family Event – Being Well, Doing Well, a free day of fun, learning and connection for families. The Big Family Event will take place on Saturday, 21 November, starting at 10.30am, at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.
Intended for families who will bring with them at least one young person aged 10+, this event offers interactive workshops, activities and discussions focused on wellbeing, relationships and family life. Children younger than 10 are welcome too, but, as we say, at least one young person in each family group must be 10-years-old or older.
Throughout the day, families can enjoy activities including a creative corner, games and play zone, and dedicated quiet space. There will be an opportunity for families to try yoga, cook together, and more. What’s more, when the Big Family Event finishes at 3pm, families who are attending get free entrance to Dynamic Earth.
What to expect:
- Free entry, including lunch and refreshments
- Interactive workshops and family activities
- Opportunities to connect with support organisations
- A fully accessible venue
- A welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all family types
This is a full-day event designed to leave families feeling informed, supported and inspired. It’s not a drop-in event, so if attending, you need to come for the 10.30am kick-off.
