ALLIANCE publishes Human Rights Bill Consultation draft response

The ALLIANCE have published their draft response to the Human Rights Bill Consultation.
The Human Rights Bill Consultation deadline is Thursday 5th October, and the ALLIANCE have published this draft and are inviting comments for feedback.
