Ideas to improve the impact of our networks and support those who lead them
In the final of the sessions from Self Management Week to be posted to the ALLIANCE YouTube channel, Hilda Campbell of COPE Scotland, seeks to present a suite of resources to help our networks and ourselves as network leaders as well as chance to reflect on areas we may like to learn more about.
How many of us attend a meeting as we were told to go, our organisation needs to be seen to attend but in the grand scheme of things nothing much changes. Or, we go in circles deciding why we are meeting? Its not people are not interested or caring, its just, in all the things we learned, did we ever really learn about how to make our networks more effective and our roles as network leaders less draining!
This ten minute recording can be found on the ALLIANCE YouTube Channel The flash report can be downloaded below and has links to a range of resources.
