Organisations and individuals across Scotland are working together to improve the lives of people who use health and social care services.
The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) has recently reached 3,000 members.
The ALLIANCE members network brings together a large number of national and local third sector organisations, associates in the statutory and private sectors, disabled people, unpaid carers and people living with a long term condition.
The ALLIANCE is driven by this dynamic and cross-sectoral network and its commitment to championing lived experience.
Professor Ian Welsh OBE, ALLIANCE Chief Executive, says:
‘I am delighted to see the ALLIANCE’s membership reach 3,000. Our members network represents a shared vision of working together for transformational change and ensuring that people are at the centre of health and social care in Scotland. The ALLIANCE’s strength is in its members.’
