Submissions for the Self Management Awards are now closed. Announcement of the shortlisted nominees will be on 20th August.
But don’t worry! You still have until the 3rd August to get your nominations sent in.
Please be aware, any nominations submitted before 17th July will not be included.
The online form is now back up and running so please go to https://www.alliance-scotland.org.uk/self-management-and-co-production-hub/self-management-awards-2018/ and submit your nomination or click download on the nomination form below to send via email to SMW@alliance-scotland.org.uk. Each submission will receive a confirmation from a member of the Self Management Team.
