A series of video case studies are being published documenting the impact of third sector projects across Scotland.

The ALLIANCE, boasting a membership of over 3500 individuals and organisations, serves as a prominent voice in Scotland’s health and social care landscape. As a testament to the diverse and impactful work being undertaken by its third sector members, the ALLIANCE organised ‘Impact Visits’ to shine a spotlight on four remarkable organisations as part of the ‘Our Voice, Our Rights, Our Future’ ALLIANCE Annual Conference 2024.

Over the following weeks, audiences will have the opportunity to learn more about the transformative efforts of these organisations, each dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and communities they serve. From Edinburgh to Stornoway, the visits provided insight into the challenges faced and the innovative solutions being implemented.

The purpose of these visits was to underscore that the journey towards future change, one of the themes of the Annual Conference, is already underway. The aim of the case studies is to explore the profound impact of these organisations, providing an understanding of their work and the tangible difference being made in people’s lives.

Through interviews and on-site footage the case studies highlighted the resilience, innovation, and dedication of Scotland’s third sector. The visits served not only to showcase the invaluable contributions of these organisations but also to inspire collaboration, learning, and continued progress by partners across health and social care.

To witness the stories of impact and innovation captured during these visits, watch the ‘Future change is happening: Our Voice, Our Rights, Our Future ALLIANCE Impact Visits’ video on our YouTube channel. Stay tuned as each week for the next month we release another video highlighting each organisation individually.
