Healthcare Improvement Scotland are recruiting for two Non-Executive Directors to join the Board.

NHS Healthcare Improvement Scotland are looking to appoint two new Non-Executive Directors to the Board of Healthcare Improvement Scotland. For these appointments, they are looking for people who can bring:

• Experience of community engagement and working with communities and supporting them to make their voices heard in shaping services and delivering change; and/or
• An experienced Human Resources professional with expertise in developing workforce plans and strategies, and of implementing organisation change.

Successful candidates would also need to have an understanding and experience of governance and scrutiny, as well as strong communication skills.

It is also vital that their Board members reflect and appreciate the diversity of our communities, and with this in mind they especially welcome interest from candidates who identify as disabled, part of a minority ethnic group or part of the LGBT+ community.
