Every Tuesday the Discover Digital team at the ALLIANCE shares a free and trusted digital tool that supports health and wellbeing.

The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing.
This December we shared five different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?
- GriefChat – Access immediate bereavement support from a counsellor on live chat, access GriefChat here
- NHS Aging Well – an NHS supported app that helps with brain health and aging well, access NHS Aging Well here
- Daylight – An app that supports people with stress and anxiety that builds you a tailored programme, teaching you tools and techniques to manage stress. Access Daylight here
- Tellmi – An award-winning app that provides mental health support where you can anonymously speak to people who are going through similar issues. Access Tellmi here.
- Ask Silver – A free scam checker tool. It allows you to send photos and screenshots of potential scams to the tool. It will then check these and give you advice and tips on how to proceed. Access Ask Silver here.
