Welcome to #TryAToolTuesday.

. This month we are excited to share four different apps, tools and resources:

  • Falls Assistant – is an interactive tool that allows you to help manage your mobility and reduce falls. You can also create an action plan that is personal to you. Access here.
  • ADAM – is an online tool developed by Alzheimer’s Scotland for people living with Dementia and their carers to help identify suitable technology to help people stay safe and independent. Access here.
  • Mind Yer Time – is a website filled with resources that have been designed by children and young people to encourage positive use of screen time. Access here.
  • Breathing Space – is a phone and web-based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety. Access here.

Tried one of these tools? Comment on this post or email at dhcscot@alliance-scotland.co.uk with your thoughts. We’d love to hear from you!
