Join IFIC for a webinar as part of their Integrated Care Matters Series 9.

This webinar builds on their successful ageing in place workshop hosted at the North American Conference on Integrated Care in October 2024. Four panelists will share examples of supported living from Canada, Scotland and Malta.

You will hear about the Oasis supportive living participatory research and implementation program, designed by older adults to support ageing in the community – now operating in 19 sites across 3 provinces in Canada.

The session will also feature insights on designing homes for healthy cognitive ageing and enhancing wellbeing of older residents through holistic care that is embedded in local neighbourhoods.

You will hear from:

  • Prof Anne Hendry, IFIC Senior Associate, Director, IFIC Scotland
  • Catherine Donnelly, Director of the Health Services and Policy Research Institute and Associate Professor, School of Rehabilitation Therapy, Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada
  • Vincent de Paul, Associate Professor in the School of Rehabilitation Therapy, Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada
  • Alison Bowes, Professor in Sociology, University of Stirling, Scotland
  • Josephine Xuereb, Healthcare Professional
